Getting started with LinkGenius 💡
Automation tools can be over facing to say the least with the plethora of features they have to offer. In this help centre article, we’re going to walk you through how to get started on LinkGenius.
This article will walk you through;
Registering, Onboarding your LinkedIn Account and finally setting up your billing.
Without further ado, let’s get started.
Registering your account
In order to access the LinkGenius dashboard, you’re going to want to head to the LinkGenius website and hit register. This should take you to the LinkGenius dashboard and prompt you to create your account.
Please ensure your password meets the minimum criteria.
Once you’ve registered it should take you into the dashboard as pictured below. (Your account shouldn’t show any users as pictured below, so don’t worry.)
Onboarding Your LinkedIn Account
Once you’ve landed on the LinkGenius dashboard, you’ll be able to add your current LinkedIn account to LinkGenius by hitting ‘Add LinkedIn Account’ in the top right.
Enter your LinkedIn username and password and you should be good to go.
Please be aware this can take 5-10 minutes in some circumstances as the technology on our end needs to find an IP closest to your current location in order to make sure your LinkedIn account doesn’t flag up as being accessed from elsewhere.
It may also prompt you for a pin. This will be emailed or texted to you.
Once this is done your account status should be HEALTHY and your subscription by default will show up as TRIAL EXPIRED. Ignore this, as this’ll be resolved as soon as your billing is activated.
Setting Up Your Billing
Once your account has been onboarded, you can now set up your billing.
Go to the dashboard and hit billing in the top right corner as pictured below.
A small window should appear.
Tick the box that shows your profile picture (please be aware that your profile picture might not immediately display) and enter any coupon codes you may have. Once this is done press next.
It should bring you to a payment page that is hosted by our payment gateway Chargebee. Fill this in with the payment details of your choice. It should then take you back to the dashboard and your subscription status should show as ACTIVE.
If this is not the case, please contact Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will resolve this promptly.
Please note, if you encounter any problems then this can be resolved simply by creating a ticket by emailing email@example.com.
