Looking for some tips on how to win on LinkedIn?
Combined with the power of social selling index (SSI), the correct outreach methods and a dash of automation, I’m going to show you how to win new business using LinkedIn.
We’ve all sat there at our desks, scratching our heads. Wondering why after days and days of going through the effort of creating engaging content you’re still not getting the traction you need.
Sure, you’re getting a few likes and the odd comment but it’s not winning new business and it’s certainly not paying the bills.
You’ve even considered paying for that expensive course that LinkedIn coach has been harping on about.
Forget that. I’m going to tell you how to win those leads and get your LinkedIn inbox busier than ever before.

Step 1 – Making sure you maximise SSI Output.
The first thing you’re going to want to do is check your Social Selling Index score to see where you marry up with outreach statistics. This will give you a comparison to how well you’re doing in some areas and will guarantee that you get the maximum effectiveness out of new prospects you’re engaging with.
If you’re posting great content daily but it’s falling on blind eyes, what’s the point?
You can find your Social Selling Index here. Study the areas where your scores are significantly lower and make sure you take measures to increasing those scores.

Step 2 – Choosing your target audience using Sales Navigator.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a powerful tool and can be used to whittle down to your target audience with absolute precision which is why we rely so heavily on Sales Navigator. It’s one of our go to prospecting tools!
LinkGenius is completely compatible without Sales Navigator however we have found that your search results are more specific and accurate when paired with Sales Nav.
You can filter from geography, to industry & job title all the way down to someone’s function within a business and you can do this with incredible ease.
All you have to do is copy your Sales Navigator link and paste it into LinkGenius when prompted. We’ll load the prospects present within the search and then push out your automated outreach campaign.

Step 3 – Staying consistent with content.
Now this step probably ties in with Step 1 and rightly so. A lot of people suddenly unleash a flurry of content into LinkedIn for a couple of weeks then gradually stop as it becomes tiresome as instant results are not always achieved.
The more prospects you gain while using LinkGenius the more frequently you should be posting. An increase of network contacts is always a good thing as your outreach will flourish under the right conditions.
Don’t sacrifice quality of content for consistency either. You’re more likely to end up on someone’s block list this way which defeats the purpose of adding them in the first place!

Tie all of the above in with an effective outreach sequence and the right tools and you’ll see a total increase but remember, sometimes LinkedIn can be like a full time role alone so it’s important you stay on top of publishing engaging content as this is what a lot of people fail to maintain, decreasing their SSI scores and dropping them gradually to the bottom of the SSI abyss.
